PrasanthiBallada Enterprises LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Santhi mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Santhi is designed with privacy at its core. We collect minimal information:

• Check-in Data: Your daily mood, sleep, stress, and energy ratings are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your phone.
• Notification Preferences: Your preferred reminder times are stored locally on your device.
• No Account Required: Santhi does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in.

Data Storage

All your personal wellbeing data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (AsyncStorage). We do not have access to your check-in history, scores, or any personal data you enter into the App. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be transparent about what we do not do:

• We do not collect personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• We do not track your location
• We do not use analytics or tracking tools
• We do not serve advertisements
• We do not sell, share, or transfer any data to third parties
• We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
• We do not collect health data for any purpose beyond your local device display

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we use your device's built-in notification system to send locally scheduled reminders. These notifications are generated entirely on your device — no data is sent to our servers. You can disable notifications at any time through your device's Settings.

Data Export

Santhi allows you to export your check-in history as a CSV file or share your score as text. When you use these features, the data is shared directly from your device using your phone's native sharing capabilities. We do not receive or store any exported data.

Children's Privacy

Santhi is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally and we do not collect any personal information, there is no risk of children's data being transmitted to us.

Data Security

Since all data remains on your device, the security of your information depends on your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.). We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a strong passcode.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times. You can:

• View all your data within the App
• Export your data as CSV at any time
• Delete all data by uninstalling the App
