These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Santhi mobile application (the "App") operated by PrasanthiBallada Enterprises LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Santhi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Santhi is a personal wellbeing tracking application that allows you to perform daily check-ins across four pillars — Mood, Sleep, Stress, and Energy — to generate a personal Santhi Score. The App is designed for personal, informational use only.

3. Not Medical Advice

Santhi is a wellness and self-awareness tool. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Santhi Score, Santhi Signal, and any insights provided by the App are for informational and self-reflection purposes only.

• Do not use Santhi to diagnose or treat any medical or mental health condition.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose of personal wellbeing tracking
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Not distribute, license, or sell the App or its content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, scoring algorithms, and branding — are the exclusive property of PrasanthiBallada Enterprises LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Santhi name, logo, and "Don't lose your Santhi" tagline are trademarks of PrasanthiBallada Enterprises LLC.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All check-in data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal wellbeing data on any server.

7. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep Santhi available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may release updates, modify features, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrasanthiBallada Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, any decisions made based on the Santhi Score or Santhi Signal.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrasanthiBallada Enterprises LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
